How fast do I get my code?
Instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed you land on your order page with a Show Code button. You also get an email with a link to that page.
Where do I redeem the code?
PC capes (Java & Bedrock) are redeemed on minecraft.net/redeem with the Microsoft account you use for Minecraft. Xbox capes are redeemed on redeem.microsoft.com or on your Xbox console. The order page links to the right place for each cape.
Which Minecraft editions get the cape?
A PC cape code unlocks the cape for both Java Edition and Bedrock Edition on the same Microsoft account. Check the platform badge on each cape before you buy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, PayPal and credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payments are handled by Mollie, a licensed European payment provider. We never see your card details.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest and reach your order through the secure link on the order page and in your email. If you create an account with the same email address, your orders appear under My orders after you confirm your email.
My code does not work. What now?
First make sure you are signed in to the right Microsoft account and that the code has no typos (use the copy button). Still stuck? Contact support with your order number and we will check the code and replace it if needed.
Can I get a refund?
Digital codes are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once revealed, which you agree to at checkout. If a code turns out to be invalid and we cannot replace it, you get a full refund.
Is this an official Minecraft store?
No. MC Capes Store is an independent reseller of official Minecraft DLC codes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
