Which payment methods work in the US?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. Payments are handled by Mollie, a licensed European payment provider. We never see your card details.
Can I give a cape code as a gift?
Yes. A code is not tied to anyone until it is redeemed, so you can reveal it and send it to a friend or family member in Jackson or anywhere else. Whoever redeems it gets the cape.
What if my code does not work?
Check that you are signed in to the right Microsoft account and copy the code with the copy button. Still stuck? Message MarcoBrahh on Discord or contact support with your order number, and we check and replace the code if needed.
Do you ship anything to Jackson?
No, everything is digital. You get a redeem code on your order page and a link by email. It works the same in Jackson as anywhere else in the US.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Prices are shown in US dollars for convenience. The payment itself is processed in euros by Mollie, and your bank or card provider converts it, so the final amount can differ slightly with the exchange rate.
