Because everything is digital, the distance to Detroit does not matter. There is no warehouse and no truck. The code appears on your screen the moment your payment is confirmed, at any hour of the day in Eastern Time.
Detroit is not the only place in Michigan where players get their capes here. We also have pages for Grand Rapids and Warren.
Many players in Detroit play cross-platform: Java at home, Bedrock on a phone or Switch on the go. A Java & Bedrock cape covers both.
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. Payments are handled by Mollie, a licensed European payment provider. We never see your card details.
Yes. A code is not tied to anyone until it is redeemed, so you can reveal it and send it to a friend or family member in Detroit or anywhere else. Whoever redeems it gets the cape.
Check that you are signed in to the right Microsoft account and copy the code with the copy button. Still stuck? Message MarcoBrahh on Discord or contact support with your order number, and we check and replace the code if needed.
No, everything is digital. You get a redeem code on your order page and a link by email. It works the same in Detroit as anywhere else in the US.
Prices are shown in US dollars for convenience. The payment itself is processed in euros by Mollie, and your bank or card provider converts it, so the final amount can differ slightly with the exchange rate.
