1. Who we are

MC Capes Store ("we", "us") sells digital redeem codes for Minecraft capes through https://mc-capes-store.com. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: TODO. VAT number: TODO. Email: info@mc-capes-store.com.

We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.

2. The product

Each order item is one digital code that unlocks one cosmetic cape on the Minecraft or Microsoft account on which it is redeemed. The product page states the platform (PC, Xbox or Global). You are responsible for choosing the correct platform and for having an account that can redeem the code.

3. Ordering and payment

An agreement is formed when your payment is confirmed by our payment provider (Mollie). Prices are in euros and include VAT. We accept iDEAL, PayPal and credit or debit cards. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment reversal or when a product is out of stock; in that case any payment received is refunded in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. After payment you are redirected to your order page where you can reveal the code with the Show Code button. We also email a link to that page. Keep the link private: anyone with the link can see the code.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ends once delivery has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. By ticking the delivery box at checkout you give that consent. We record it with your order.

6. Invalid codes and refunds

If a code does not work, contact us within 30 days with your order number. We verify the code and, where possible, replace it. If we cannot provide a working code, we refund the full price of that item. Refunds go back to the original payment method. See our refund policy.

7. Accounts

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. We are not responsible for changes Mojang or Microsoft make to capes, accounts or redemption systems.

9. Complaints and applicable law

Send complaints to info@mc-capes-store.com. We respond within 14 days. Dutch law applies. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
