Digital codes are final once revealed

A cape code is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the code is delivered. We cannot take back a code we can no longer verify as unused.

When you do get a replacement or refund

• The code does not work. Contact us within 30 days with your order number. We check the code with our supplier. If it is invalid or already used before you received it, we send a replacement. If we have none in stock, we refund the item in full.
• Payment went through but you never got a code. This should not happen, but if it does, we fix it or refund you within 2 working days.
• Wrong platform? If you have not revealed the code yet, email us and we will swap it for the right platform where possible.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used (iDEAL, PayPal or card) via Mollie, usually within 5 working days.
