Questions from Richmond players
What if my code does not work?
Check that you are signed in to the right Microsoft account and copy the code with the copy button. Still stuck? Message MarcoBrahh on Discord or contact support with your order number, and we check and replace the code if needed.
Do you ship anything to Richmond?
No, everything is digital. You get a redeem code on your order page and a link by email. It works the same in Richmond as anywhere else in the US.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Prices are shown in US dollars for convenience. The payment itself is processed in euros by Mollie, and your bank or card provider converts it, so the final amount can differ slightly with the exchange rate.
Do the capes work on both Java and Bedrock?
Capes labeled Java & Bedrock unlock on your Microsoft account for both editions. Redeem the code, sign in to Bedrock Edition and equip the cape in the Dressing Room first; after that it also shows in Java Edition.
Is this an official Minecraft store?
No. We are an independent reseller of official Minecraft DLC codes and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
